Pet care experience
I just said goodbye to my companion (Dexter) of 13 years on Feb 18,2022. I adopted Dexter back in Alabama and he made the cross-country move with me to Seattle in 2015. I am looking for some K-9 companionship before I make the decision to adopt another dog.

Jay was responsive and sent lots of great pictures of our pup during a recent 4 day stay. Our dog, who is typically high energy, came back exhausted from all the play and walks he went on when we were gone, so we know he was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jay for any pet sitting needs. I’ve already book him again!

I will treat your pet as if they are mine. They will have free reign in my home and will be let outside for walks around my neighborhood as much as you need. They are also free to cuddle on the couch/bed if they are comfortable with that.

I would love to know if your dog requires any special handling. For example, do they need help standing up/walking/eating, etc. I have experience with senior dogs as I just said goodbye to my companion of 13 years. I am very comfortable with dogs who have hip issues and need a little boost in standing up and moving.
A typical day
I can take them on many walks throughout the day and walk them a few blocks to a local park, Walt Hundley. Outside my home are a large set of stairs we can utilize to burn off energy!
