Ive taken care of dogs and been around all types of animals my whole life . I feel i understand Animals more than humans. “The soul is the same in all living creatures, although the body of each is different.” hippocrates I have an online shop that Doesn’t take much more then an hour or two a day so i will have plenty of time and love to give your fur babies 😸😃 . I have a fenced in back yard and a few cats.they will have someone with them24/7 and Access to the backyard untill 8pm with walks Daily. Thanks Jay! You’re amazing with our Sassy!
We were repeat customers with Jay but will not be returning after our most recent experience. We arrived at our scheduled drop off time, knocked and messaged to no answer. Over an hour later, he finally messaged saying he was available, but at that point we'd already returned home and arranged to drop them off in the morning instead. He initially reduced the price to reflect this, but then added fees to make the price the same despite our dogs not staying there the night before. He did not apologize for the situation, took zero responsibility, and refused to lower the price to reflect the shortened time or the inconvenience caused to us. To be treated so poorly and with such inconsideration after paying him hundreds of dollars on multiple occasions was incredibly frustrating, and we will not book with him again. He's irresponsible and immature, and I do not recommend utilizing his services.
The dogs were healthy and happy when we picked them up and that is what matters but I wish we received more updates.
Jay was extremely accommodating to our 2 little puppies, and we are definitely glad we found him.
