Jay has an innate ability to connect with animals, to understand and respond to their needs. Her warm and loving demeanor helps her engage with even the most "difficult" fur babies. She has an incredible attention to detail and always strives to take care of your baby exactly as you ask! No task is too small, too big or too difficult. Jay is always eager to step in and help, especially in times when you need her most. She's been my go to for years and has helped me incredibly in times of last minute, unexpected work trips. She keeps me updated on how the "kids" are doing, sends me photos, videos and regular updates/reports. She's been a lifesaver for me in particular as I have aging and sick babies whom she has taken care of as if they were her own. I never worry when she's with "my boys". They adore her and go absolutely wild when they see she's come to visit. I'm grateful for the peace of mind knowing my boys are in excellent hands!

My name is Lorraine S., I am the founder and Director of a dog and cat, 50lc non profit rescue in NJ called Burlington County Animal Alliance. I met Jay about 15 years ago when she became a foster Mom to a female rotty who was older and hard to place, since then she has fostered and adopted a few other dogs through the years. She has always been responsible and very loving and caring with her own dogs as well as the foster dogs. She has nursed a few through some sicknesses, one in particular had a very bad case of mange and had to have an ACL repaired etc. I would highly recommend her for an position within Rover where she had to deal with animals.
