Pet care experience
I have 4 animals of my own,I've worked 4 tons of vet clinics,boarding kennels,pet stores,1 dog walking /petsitting company ,and volunteered for a rescue.i also have experience with doggy day care. I have experience with giving injections for insulin and other IV medications however due to some issues with my eyes, I do not feel comfortable at this time administering IV medications. I know how 2 give pills to cats and dogs and at this time do feel comfortable doing oral meds. I also have exotics experience including ferrets, rodents,and reptiles. I've also bottle fed kittens not wiened,I have training experience and housebreaking experience. I have a passion for animals. I've had animals all my life in my home. I'm happiest when I'm around animals. I also researched communication and animal psychology, and I'm familiar with dealing with dogs who have had anxiety or been thru trauma. I have a very strong background & knowledge in this field.. I feel connected.i also have pet sitting with a company experience.

Jasper took great care of our two fur babies during his drop-in visit today. He walked them around the neighborhood, played with them in the backyard, and made sure they had enough water. He even brought in some packages that were on our porch. Our pups loved him immediately when they met him, and it was clear they had fun with him today. Thanks, Jasper!!

Safety always comes first to me. Definitely would not allow a dog to pick something up in their mouth that they weren’t supposed to on a walk or in a house that includes a cat in a house or any other animal. I definitely keep doors locked, so no one can get in when I am there and when I leave. Definitely believe in temperature safety for heat and cold depending on breed of dog and cats as far as long hair short fur but dogs especially outside. … always check the thermostat before I leave a booking. As far as medication goes, if I have to administer medication, I always double check instructions, and I make sure that the medication has been ingested And not spit out for oral meds that are absolutely needed as well as not being on the floor if there’s other pets that can get them in the house. I always keep the pet secure, and the doors closed especially when I am leashing up a dog & I make sure they’re secure with the leash before leaving the house as well as cats. Can’t get out if a door is secured.

Has the dog had issues with aggression with people and other dogs/animals. How is the dog with other dogs,has the dog ever been abused that the owner knows of? Medical issues or allergies. No breed preferences.
A typical day
Parks if near by,doggy parks near by if owner permits,fetch in yard if provided. walks … I try to go different ways if I can in the neighborhood or wherever we’re walking so the dog can get some different smells and yard time if there’s a fenced in yard I definitely will throw a ball if the owner has that available and permits it or would like that to be one of the activities!!

I am pretty flexible because I’m also disabled. And I have somebody living with me that helps me with my pets, so I am pretty flexible as far as time goes.. the exercise is very good for me. With dog walking especially. And I can provide up to an hour of daily exercise for the dog walks..
