I grew up raising and learning to care for many family pets including: dogs of all sizes, birds, turtles, and hamsters. Since moving out of my family home, I was able to foster 2 cats with my previous roommate; and I have a cat in my home currently as well that I adore. This is a job I love and hardly ever feels like work! I started working through Rover in October 2021, and have had the amazing opportunity to work for great people of all different backgrounds and care their pets/homes. I have gained so much experience in animal care through working on Rover. I have taken care of cats and dogs of varying ages, sizes, and special care needs. I took a break from Rover and I'm very excited to get back into it in this city, as I miss my regulars back in the East Bay. I have a fairly flexible schedule and I have lots of open time available to give my undivided attention and care for your pets. When I'm not working, I enjoy running and getting exercise, so playing with your pet and walking them would be the perfect job for me! I'm open to drop-ins, walks, and taking care of your pets in the safety of their own home. In my experience, it is more comfortable for the pet to be in a familiar environment, and it's easier to do things the way you and your pet like it. They lead me, and I allow them to safely do what they want, within reason of course.
