I have had dogs and been around dogs my entire life. I am a east coast transplant but my dog (Avi, a pitbull mix) didn't make the trip out with me. She now keeps my mom company back in Maryland. To get my dog fix, I have been watching friends and coworkers dogs at every chance. I have hosted dogs at my 2 bedroom apartment and have also stayed at the dog owners house in the past. I have volunteered at the humane society in the past. I am comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I'm willing to help with administering medications or special dietary issues. I love being outdoors and exercising, so the more walks and potty breaks the better for both of us!
