My name is Jason K and I live on close to 5 acres in Caledonia. We raise livestock guardian dogs along with a variety of other working breed dogs. I am 33 years old and have been involved with dogs in one way or another my entire life. I am a certified dog massage therapist and have worked in many dog daycares. At my farm I have livestock that I use for training my Tibetan mastiffs as livestock guardians and I also run coursing staghounds. We feed prey model raw and I love educating people on how to do that. The best dogs are the ones that feel they have purpose and a bond and that is another thing I really enjoy helping people with. That is why I offer a little more than just the average sitter. Your dog definitely wont be just sitting around if it is brought here. For those of you looking for walks or drop-ins I would also use this as an enrichment time for them not just a wave or a walk. With the experience I have in massage I am more than willing to work with dogs that may have medical needs. Through my massage training I have also learned many easy ways of gaining a dogs trust so if your dog is a bit shy that will be no problem for me and I would actually enjoying helping it out of its shell to really let the dogs full potential shine.
