Jasmine was very friendly and enthusiastic about boarding our dog. She sent us photos when we were out the country for a week and keep us up to date on our dog's stay. However, we could not give her 5 stars because her service wasn't consistent. She didn't arrive on time for our initial meet up which isn't a huge deal. However, when we dropped our dog off, there was another dog barking aggressively in a room. From our understanding, she only boards one dog at a time, so we didn't expect another dog to be there. Jasmine said the dog's owner was late picking up, but would arrive soon. We believed her, but we don't know how long the dog was in the apartment with ours. So, that raised some concern. Also, when we returned from our trip, Jasmine wasn't home for pick-up although a time range was set before confirming the stay. We had to wait 15 minutes for her friend to arrive at her place. Our dog was out of her crate and whining at the door when we knocked and this is an issue because we asked her to crate our dog when she is left alone in the apartment (for safety precautions). Finally, after getting our dog, she smelled highly perfumed as if she was sprayed with something. I raised that concern to Jasmine and she stated her perfume may have rubbed on our dog during play. The scent lingered for a week after leaving her residence. Due to these concerns, we gave Jasmine 3 stars because although we had some concerns, our dog came home healthy and happy.
