Pet care experience
I grew up in Sonoma, California , on my grandparents ranch. They were both instructors at Guide Dogs For The Blind, and now own Miranda Ranch Kennels, a fun loving boarding kennel serving Sonoma County for 20 years. I worked in the kennels for four summers in junior high and high school. While working there, I worked with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I fed and played with the dogs, and sometimes had to administer medicine. I walked two dogs during high school. Growing up on a ranch, I've cared for all kinds of animals, both domestic and large darn animals. I always love meeting new furry friends and giving them lots of belly rubs. I look forward to meeting your pets!

She has experience taking care of a wide range of animals from dogs and cats to pocket pets like rats, hamsters, and rabbits as well as farm animals such as chickens, goats, and horses etc. She takes her time to ensure each animal receives the attention and care he or she needs. Do they have special needs, such as blindness, deafness, or medical conditions. Do they have up to date vaccinations. Do they have specific fears (ie men with hats, or being touched on a specific spot on their body). In case of emergency, how comfortable are they being in the car. What is their energy level. Have there been recent mood or health changes that I should be aware of.
A typical day
I know places to go on lovely long walks in Ukiah. My favorite place to walk is the trails off Low Gap Road. I love to play fetch, and sometimes do light jogging when walking dogs.
