It pains me to write this review, but I believe that it is important to be honest when reviewing people who provide services. I reached out to Jasmine with less than 48 hrs notice due to my puppy having emergency surgery for a foreign object removal 4 days prior to a work trip that I needed to attend. I explained in detail the reason for her surgery, post op care instructions, medicine schedule, and most importantly if anything comes up to please let me know. She said it was all good and she was able to care for her. I was very concerned about leaving her with anyone because I literally hadn't left her side after her surgery and she has 24 staples in her tummy. The primary reason I chose Jasmine as my sitter was because her profile said she would be home 90% of the time and she also had raving reviews. Unfortunately, I never even got the chance to meet her because her husband was the one home when I was dropping off and picking my dog up. I understand now that they run this as a team, but this was not disclosed to me prior to booking, nor in her profile. I wasn't informed until the day before I was due to leave. Ok, no biggie, but now I do have concerns that she wasn't attended to most of the day. My husband arranged a 7/7:30 pm pickup time. A little before 7 Jasmine asked if we could push the time back because her husband had to step out "real quick" and he was headed back but there was traffic. Umm, it wasn't even 7 yet and they need an extra hour? That is definitely not "real quick", so who knows how long she was by herself. Here comes the thing I have a HUGE issue with. Both of them were informed of my dog's condition and if anything out of the ordinary happened to please let me know. It wasn't until she was picked up when we were told that she had vomited that morning! I couldn't believe it. I had to reach out to Jasmine to find out the details and how serious it was that she vomited after having MAJOR surgery on her intestines. So much so that I called the Emergency Vet and told them she had vomited up her food from the day prior and they advised I should bring her in as soon as my plane landed so they could evaluate her. I didn't even get so much as an apology from either of them for the lack of communication on the vomiting. It wasn't all bad though. Her husband was nice and Jasmine did send me a picture both days with updates that she was doing okay, just failed to mention the vomiting at any point in the 12 hrs prior to picking her up. I am just overall disappointed in the experience that I had. Therefore, I cannot recommend her services if you have a pet that has a special condition that requires more than a basic level communication or care. I may have just caught them both on an off day but when I just paid over $4k to save my dog's life and explained everything in detail both verbally and in writing I would have expected to be told as soon as she got sick. But again not all bad and they would probably be fine for some standard boarding.

Jasmine is amazing not only did she provide TLC to my fur baby while we when out of town but she also worked with him and his anxiety towards people. Our fur baby received the care and attention and more she also send us pictures of him which made us happy during our trip and made my kids not feel too sad for not having our kobe with us. Overall we highly recommend her for being patience with him and taking care of him . So thank you .
