Pet care experience
I love animals. House sitting my friends’ dogs and cats is what motivated me to start working at a pet store! I worked for almost two years in the Doggie Day Care and Pets Hotel department of my local pet store. We boarded cats and dogs ages puppy/kitten- senior. I was trained in responding to animals showing signs of distress and in light behavioral management. I also have worked as a dog trainer for three years, so I have some tricks up my sleeves to help me best care for your fur baby, even if they have some behavioral problems. Jasenia was amazing! She came to do drop in visits with my brand new puppy and very nervous senior pup. Not only did she win over the nervous pup, she calmed my mama heart who was struggling with having to leave the puppy at home so soon after bringing him home. The pictures she sent showed me he was perfectly happy and getting his energy out on her stops. I am so glad I found Jasenia and I know my pups are going to look forward to her visits!
Jasenia was fantastic! Sookie was well taken care of, followed instructions perfectly, and her updates were hilarious. Would definitely recommend!

Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs I can accommodate. It is important to know an animals behavior around food, toys, other animals, and people to properly ensure safety for your pet and others! I also use chicken treats to facilitate trust and positive experiences for your pet, so let me know if they have food allergies.
A typical day
For drop-ins we will have snuggle time or play time, whichever your pet is wanting that day. We will walk around the neighborhood to go potty if requested, and get in some mental stimulation through play if your pup or cat is willing and able! I will also be sure their meals have been properly prepared and given!

Availability
I have great availability to take care of your pets! In the hot months, I am available most days before 8:30am for walks. Drop in visits are not affected by the heat, so I am available for those throughout the week in summer. In the cooler months, feel free to reach out for appointments at any time! I do have a part time work from home job, so we will work out a schedule based on my days responsibilities.
