I've always had a strong affinity for animals, I just "Get them" and they in turn, Get Me!! I was owner/operator of "One Shep at a Time & Terriers Too!" German Shepherd rescue for over 8 years, for dogs that entered with baggage, and were then vetted, trained and then adopted out to suitable homes....some of which are repeat boarders here. I finally added Terriers to the mix AKA German Shepherds in 12 lb bodies! Since my adopters trusted me with their dogs, and I understood large breeds, I then transitioned into boarding and training. I understand the importance of having a dependable, reliable, loving and trustworthy surrogate cat/dog mom to care for your fur babies whilst you are away! And the need to keep them as close to their schedule as possible, so if they are allowed on the furniture at home and sleep in the bed.....then guess what....they are allowed on the furniture and sleep in the bed....it's kinda like having grandkids.....and way less stressful than a kennel situation. I am PASSIONATE in what I do, and come with many glowing references.....I do understand how hard it can be to leave your baby with a stranger, but after the 1st visit, we are Family and I urge everyone to come visit my home in order to feel completely at ease about leaving their kid!! I send daily videos or pix of your family member playing in my fenced yard or sleeping alongside me in bed, drives to the park or whatever your wee cherub desires I can make it happen! I have an innate quality whereby I am aware of their needs, before them or even you......I guess we just are on the same wavelength!
