My name is Jared. I am a professional dog trainer. I have worked (labor of love!) in the animal care field for almost two years now and also have extensive experience caring for and training my own dogs over the years. I have worked with big groups of dogs (doggy daycare), shelter rescues with behavioral challenges (humane society), and individual dogs in one-on-one training and group sessions. My experience is diverse and I am learning more every day, and working positively and compassionately with dogs and their owners truly is a passion for me. My emphasis is in positive, patient communication with every dog I cross paths with. I am fluent in "speaking dog," understanding their body language and their emotional needs, and working through any challenges with patience and understanding. Rest assured that when I spend time with your dog (or dogs!)--whether it's for a short walk, an in-home visit, or an overnight stay--they will be treated like family and their happiness is my commitment. I also love to share pics and progress with my clients of their dogs, so you can see how they're doing while you're away! :) Please note, my schedule and flexibility is ever-changing since I stay busy in the dog community, so communication when scheduling is essential.
