Pet care experience
I have grown up my entire life with a passion for animals. Without all the jingling collar tags and clicking toe nails on the hard wood floors, my house would be way too quiet! I have been a dog lover since a young age and always felt I had a very strong ability to bond with animals of all types. I have raised dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, rabbits and of course a few fish here and there. In regards to dogs specifically, I have become more skilled in teaching commands and obedience. I currently have three dogs at home right now and had up to four at one time in the past year, so I have plenty of experience with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I treat animals in my family as such, and I am good at picking up on body language to understand what they are trying to tell me. I am different from other sitters because I am highly intuitive when it comes to bonding with animals and I myself love to explore, go on adventure, and play. If you are looking for a sitter that will treat your pet with the same respect and love that you treat them with at home, I am your guy. By booking with me, you will receive great care for your pet and they will be brought into my home with open arms until it’s time for them to head on home.

I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with plenty of yard space for dogs. I have an invisibly fenced yard at my house in which my dogs freely roam outside when they are let out. With your pet, I would most likely keep him/her on a leash at all times when outside to ensure his/her safety unless they were trained to respond to commands or stay where directed. Your pets would get to hang around the house with my three other female dogs who are sweet as can be. If you have more of a mellow dog, we can hang around the house and relax, going for walks around the neighborhood if desired. If you have a more active dog, I can take them to a hiking park near my house or the local dog park to burn off some energy. Your dog could be put in a cage if needed but for the most part, I would prefer to let your pet have fun and play. There are normally about 1-2 people in my house from morning to afternoon, and 4-5 when the rest of my family returns from work in the afternoon. This means that there will be plenty of love and pets to go around for your pupper.

A typical day
I love to do outdoors activities like running, walking, and hiking. For mellower dogs, I also enjoy getting comfy inside or just hanging around outside in the yard.

Availability
I am currently a college student but due to the COVID-19 pandemic I have taken this semester off of school and am looking for work. Given this, my schedule is wide open and I will be available for just about every single day Monday through Friday. I often travel up to Vermont on the weekends to enjoy skiing and outdoor activities but other than that, I am very available for all your pet sitting needs. I am available for dog walking, checkups for feeding and potty, and overnight stays at my house or yours if that is what is needed.
