Hello, my name is Jaquelin. I’ve been a pet sitter for four years. I enjoy being with animals and I found Rover to be a great meet new pets and their owners. I started on Rover during college for a few reasons. One, I was looking for another form of income, but more importantly I missed my pets back home. Being with your pets makes me happy and reminds me of my fur animals 🐾 I’ll make sure to give them the best care like I would with my pets. If the initial price of your booking isn’t what you are looking for, I am happy to work with you to find the best price that can work for us both. I make sure to have a good time with your pets, and if they require discipline I work on that as well. Young and/or high-energy pets can be really excited and need some reminders on behaviors. I will make sure to use stern words such as, “no jumping”, “no chewing, “no barking.” I am also interested in learning how you take care of your pets and what they are used to in regards to commands. This way they understand the difference between certain behaviors and they eventually learn. Other than that, I am happy to play fetch, tug of war, or any other games you know of. I will make sure that they feel comfortable with me so that we have the best relationship. If your dog has separation anxiety, I am happy to sit with them and be patient until they feel comfortable coming up to me. I would give them some extra treats so they feel loved and eventually feel more comfortable around me. I’ll always take good pictures of your pet during our visit and keep you updated daily.
