Pet care experience
I have always grown up with multiple dogs in the house and have loved working (and playing) with all of them. I have cared for high-energy dogs, senior dogs, big dogs, small dogs, puppies, and even aggressive dogs who need extra training. I enjoy learning about dog psychology and training methods in my spare time and I believe my knowledge and experience makes me well qualified and trustworthy when it comes to caring for your dog. I'm also very flexible and I recognize good customer service is important for the owners too. I'm able to do most of my work for my main job from home so I'm available most of the time and I will always make sure to send you pictures and updates on how your dog is doing while he/she stays with me. You can trust your dog will be in good hands with me and will get plenty of walks, dog park trips, belly rubs, playtime with my own friendly and loving dogs, and maybe even learn a new trick!

Janna has cared for our dog, an energetic boxer, twice. She is genuinely interested in providing a welcoming environment for all of her canine guests and our pup loves to visit and play with the resident dogs (and any others). Janna sends updates and pictures, which is comforting and very much appreciated. We will continue to call on Janna whenever we need a dog sitter. She is the best!
Janna was amazing. She is empathetic and understands dogs and dog behavior. My dog is a 70 pound puppy (8 months) who has been testing his boundaries. She handled him exactly as I do - consistency, kindness and positive based firmness. Also, she was incredibly flexible for my ever changing schedule and needs. 100 A+ for this dog care provider. May they all be so caring and capable.
Janna was super flexible when trying to find a place for our young dog when a last minute trip came up. Chip had a great time with her and her dogs, we will definitely have her on our list to use again!

A typical day
I have a large fenced in back yard with a doggy door that the dogs can run and play in as much as they want. Whenever I'm caring for someone else's dog, I always set a priority to make sure they get adequate daily exercise, usually at the dog park and sometimes they also get a 20-60 minute walk (depending on your dog's needs). My friendly boxer Stella will play with your dog all day and my little dachshund Pippin will snuggle with them all night!
