Pet care experience
I learned to care for my first puppy when I was 4 y.o. And I have had pets in my life ever since. I’ve had fish, bunnies. Guinnea Pigs, cats, and dogs, who started as friend and became family. I have also done pet sitting for friends and family of all types of animals. Some were deaf, some were blind, some energetic and some older with less energy, they were all perfect! I’d have to say the most guns was house sitting for a friend who had catS, dogS, bunnieS, ferrettS, and a hedgehog, PLUS my two dogs! I have experience in administering medication to dogs, I’ve seen my own through behavioral training and I have skills in behavior modification through my years working with children with unique abilities.

I am thankful to Janine for taking on my last-minute request for pet sitting. She was super patient with a partially house-broken, anxious puppy. I will definitely reach out to her again for my pet-sitting needs!
Janine took great care of Wesley. Sent picture updates and took him on long walks in the park!

I have a Pomeranian daughter who stays upstairs. She will not likely interact with your fur babies as she has a heart condition and can’t handle too much excitement at one time. Our guests will sleep in the basement which is doubles as a second living room. Crates and a play pen are available if needed. You are also welcome to bring your own crate and comforts for your loved one. During the day they are free to roam the first floor. I ask the you let me know if your fur babies enjoy being on furniture so I can place a cover down so they feel at home. We will go for walks around my neighborhood. For those that give permission, we will ride to Chamounix Horse Stables or the Cynwyd Trail, once a day for a long walk. Other walks throughout the day depend on the size and needs of our guests. *ALL GUESTS MUST BE BABY FRIENDLY AND UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS* I have a toddler in the home who absolutely looooves animals, so there will be interaction through the day.

Availability
I am a stay at home mom so I have a good bit of flexibility and availability with my schedule. If I leave the house it will only be for a couple of hours for doctors appointments or to take my little one to the YMCA. Otherwise, I will be home to make sure your furry family feels at home through the day and overnight.
