Janine was awesome! First of all, she agreed to watch my cat very last minute over Christmas, which in Madison was insanely cold. She was a lifesaver for that alone since I know booking so last minute is risky. Everything looked great when I got back home. She sent pictures and updates so I could be sure that my cat was doingokay and the heat was staying on etc. She also fed the birds on my balcony which was very nice! My cat is often incredibly agitated if I'm gone over two days but he was fine when I returned (gone Sat thru Tues). She even surprised me with a polaroid of my cat from Christmas day that said his name and "Christmas 2022". It was such a sweet surprise! I highly recommend Janine for any pet sitting and absolutely would use her services again.

Janine is a very reliable and punctual pet sitter! She also watched our home while we were away and when we returned the house was just as it was when we left. I appreciate her knowledge and patience with caring for our high energy dog. Our dog requires a lot of exercise, and Janine took him out on multiple occasions for walks and potty breaks. Janine even sent us pictures! I am very pleased with Janine’s service and will continue to use her in the future.
