**Base Access** I have taken care of dogs since I was 7. I have always loved all dogs and have my own at home. I am not afraid of getting dirty and treat dogs just like us-with love and care. My family and friends contact me when they need a trustworthy dog lover to care after their fur babies when they are away. I grew up breeding, raising, grooming and showing Miniature Schnauzers. I took my hobby and started working with all breed Dog Show Handlers immediately after High School. I have worked with all breeds. People comment on my genuine love and care for animals by how they see me interact with them.

Janine has been taking care of my boxer since I went to basic military training. I’ve never seen my dog look so healthy! Her coat shines like a clean glass window on a summer day, she’s getting her boxer muscles back, and she seems genuinely happy to have her overall. Cannot recommend Janine enough to represent how awesome a caregiver she is.

In my own home, I feed, bathe, and play with Riley. We have a medium sized back yard that she loves to run circles in everyday. Riley loves going on walks and jogs until she is tuckered out. Whenever we are home, she is usually right up under our feet, or in her own personal couch chair. As a parent and a pet owner, my care philosophy is keeping as much consistency and continuity for your animal to ensure as less stress as possible. I understand everyone has their own routines and way of caring for their animal and I will respect and honor however you would like your animal cared for to the best of my ability. I give care the way I would appreciate someone caring after my fur baby. I am more than happy to send pictures or message updates during my care.

A typical day
Depending on the care that I am providing, I will first visually check the dog to ensure they are content and happy. I will be able to give general check overs of your fur baby during my care just to see if anything has changed or is different that may cause alarm, or worry, or add additional peace of mind for you while you are away. I will take your dog(s) to the bathroom, and give attention by playing and/or giving mild massages (as long as owners are ok) while petting, rubbing, and loving on your fur baby. I believe touch is so important when dealing with animals. I believe that like children, all dogs need attention, affection, and approval. They deserve to be treated with respect and care and given attention. I feel that each dog is different with his or her own personality, so I pay attention to each dogs wants and needs. If they go to a specific toy, then they may be letting me know that they want to play with that one, or play ball or fetch. If they need affection, they may rub up on me. I am mindful to their verbal and nonverbal cues.

I have a fairly flexible schedule outside of taking care of my daughter. I have to drop her off and pick her up from school. I can be available every day.
