Pet care experience
I have had a rescue dog in my life since the age of 12. We put down our older pup last spring and immediately felt like the house was empty without a dog. So we rescued another one. I have experience with basic training and caring for dogs in heat.

Zeva had a great time with Janine and Louie! So much so that she almost didn’t want to come home. It was a real comfort knowing that she was being so well cared for and loved while we were away. Highly recommended!
Janine is wonderful. Zeva loved staying and playing with Louie for the day. She came home all tuckered out and was obviously well cared for! Already planning her next stay with Janine.
Jake had a wonderful time with Janine and her fun dog Lu! We felt very comfortable leaving our boy at her beautiful farm. Janine was very responsive to any of our questions and sent pictures throughout the day. We will definitely be going back!

I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly year old 70 pounded mixed pup. She is very submissive and playful and hasn't met a human, child or dog she hasn't immediately fell in love with. Dogs are allowed to sleep on couches and beds in our house as well as the many dog beds and rugs around. We also have an extra large crate for those dogs who might feel more at home sleeping in one.

It’s important to know how a dog interacts with other dogs before it comes and stays with me. I have a very friendly and active dog who loves other dogs. I’d never want to put your dog in a place where it might be uncomfortable with that.
A typical day
I love playing fetch or frisbee in the yard with pups. Long walks for dogs to sniff are great to keep a pup happy and active.

Availability
I work from home part time and already have scheduled pup play times and walked built into my day. The fenced in yard is great for bathroom breaks and the fields are great for good stiffs and walks.
