I have grown up with a family dog and numerous other pets my whole life. As I got older, I got my own dog Loki, a rescue, 7 years ago. He was truly the best thing to happen to me, the most amazing dog and friend I could ask for. Unfortunately he passed just a month shy of his 14th birthday. I have just moved to Halifax and want to get settled in before I get another one, but before then, I'd love to care for yours ! I have always been a loving, dedicated dog owner and have a great deal of experience caring for other peoples pets (of all kinds) as if they were my own. As a child I started my own pet sitting business, regularly helping others through my love of animals. Once old enough I also volunteered at vets clinics and doggy day cares to continue to be around animals. I have now just finished my Masters degree and am newly employed at the hospital in downtown Halifax, and as a result just starting to settle in. I would love to walk, play with and care for your dog in my down time to help keep your fur baby healthy and happy (and have an excuse to get to know the city a little bit better).
