Pet care experience
I grew up in the countryside so I've had every type of farm animal you could think of. I've always had pets and love being around animals because they always brighten your day. I've recently started fostering old dogs from the humane society because they don't deserve to live out the rest of their lives in a shelter.

Janie only took our pup for a 4 minute walk. He was going crazy like he does when he has too much energy, and we checked the hallway cameras. If she can be so dishonest about that, what else is she being dishonest about. Wouldn’t recommend leaving her with your animals.
There aren’t enough good things to say! Janie was so timely and accommodating, and I knew my pup would be in calm and capable hands. Highly HIGHLY recommend for any petsitting needs.
My dog and home were well taken care of while I was traveling. I received plenty of updates and felt that my dog was safe and in great hands. Thank you Janie!
I requested Janie to house sit for me while I work 12 hour shifts and she quickly agreed. Her communication is amazing, sends pictures and updates throughout my shifts, and very professional. I can tell she loves doing what she does and she’s great at it! My toy poodle can be anxious and will take a while to warm up to other people but since their first day together, I’ve noticed a change in his anxious behavior. I will continue to book with Janie she is great, trustworthy, and will definitely make your fur baby feel loved!

If you don't want your pet in a crate, I will never put him/her in a crate. I need to establish a trust with you as well as the pet.

Please let me know if there are any temperment or behavioral issues I need to account for when I am watching your pet. Some animals might have social anxiety or are skittish around new people, I want to make sure your pet is comfortable around me and trusts me.
A typical day
Dogs are like us, they need different types of stimulation and engagement. In addition to going for a walk, I love to use different toys to interact with your pet to keep them interested and playful. I particularly like going on nature trails because it's usually less crowded and it will give the dogs a chance to explore a new area and new smells that they might not have experienced before.

I am currently a remote bookkeeper so I work from home full time. I realized I needed to get more exercise since I was just sitting in front of a computer all day. I don't have any set hours so I have great flexibility when it comes scheduling time with your furry friend.
