I have known Janie Ruano for over five years and during this time I have observed the dedication, loyalty and sensitivity that she has for our four legged friends.    Janie has always shown reliability and consistency, not only can she do the following : Pet walking, Feeding & Cleaning up after pets. But as a veterinary technician Janie has the knowledge and training needed to be able to offer a broader range of services which include : Medicating pets,  taking care of special needs animals, and she is also able to care for and carefully maneuver senior pets who may need a little extra help getting outside for walks. * Older pets and special needs pets often need a little bit more specialized care when walking/moving due to arthritis and or neurologic issues, with Janies knowledge as a technician she has the training to care for these special pets, which I can say eases my mind a lot more than a "regular pet sitter" when I have to leave my senior fur babies.... She is always the first to advocate for the animal in terms of their care, well-being and attention. She has the knowledge to know the differece between a minor issue and a major medical issue and in case of emergency she has the training to not hesitate to get the pet care while keeping contact with me every step of the way *(in an emergency situation some people tend to hesitate)  She genuinely gets the greatest of joy when caring for an animal.
