Hello my name is Janie! I have been fostering all kinds of animals since I was a child. Bottle feeding puppies, kittens, and even a pig once! I have a passion for all animals. I have walked and baby sat for many of my friends and families fur babies, primarily dogs and puppies. I also volunteered at a shelter back in Houston where I am originally from. I love to be active and go on hikes, and having a dog I can take with me is always a plus! I don't have a dog at the moment, I have a pet snake, and so I would love to hang out with other peoples fur babies and get all their energy out! My schedule is very open during the winter time as my other job is guiding zip line tours and we slow down quite a bit when it gets cold out. I am flexible, reliable, and can wear a dog out! I can't wait to hear from you and your fur babies! Update! I got a dog finally! Her name is Luna and she will be 3 in February.

Janie has stayed at my house with my two dogs on several occasions now and always does a fabulous job!
Janie stayed at our house for 5 nights with our 2 dogs. She was great at communicating before and during the stay, dogs were happy and hose was cleaner than when we left- will definitely use her again!
Janie was great. I had a last minute schedule change and she was able to accommodate me, even though it meant working on her birthday as well as staying later than planned. I have two high energy dogs and she was able to take care of them and even took them to the dog park to help wear them out.
Janie is my sister and when I was in 3rd grade and she was in 1st grade my mom started letting us help her with the rescue puppies and kittens. Since this age Janie has bottle fed kittens and puppies. We also fostered older cats and dogs. My mom taught us how to be responsible for animals at a young age and that are animals are part of our family. Janie has owned her own cat and dog and a snake. :) She is very responsible and I know she will do a great job at taking care of another persons fur baby.

I love all dogs! Pitties are my favorite, they are the BEST cuddlers! It would be helpful to know if the dog has any food or toy aggression or any triggers the dog may have. I would like to know if you're dog has any aggression/scared with other dogs, animals or people. It would be good to know if your dog is potty trained, has any medicine that I would need to administer/illnesses, or specific food allergies. If I am sitting for you it would be good to know if your dog is or isn't allowed on the couch or in certain rooms, and if you kennel your dog at night or not. Anything that you think would be helpful to allow me to take the best care of your dog and myself.
A typical day
I love going on hikes! From Palmer Park, Garden of the Gods, and my neighborhood park! I can also take your pup to a familiar park that you take him to! I'll run your dog if that's what they are into, or we can play fetch! I love giving dogs baths also! And after a long day if I am sitter for you're pup we can hang out and cuddle!
