Your pets are in skilled and practiced hands. I am an animal lover and have lived with animal companions for 55 years. I have 40+ years of practical experience with dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, reptiles...and even a clam for a while. With over 10 years of volunteer service at no-kill shelters in Colorado and Michigan, I am trained in general care, handling, walking, and administering medications, including injections and fluid drips. Your companion is neither too young nor too old. I have raised kittens from day 1 and have assisted in transition for those ready to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I am certified in Equine Sports Massage Therapy and would love to care for your horse's aches and pains. The techniques apply to small animals too, so pampering is always on the agenda. With a Reiki and crystal healing background, I can also work with your pets for separation anxiety, health issues and overall wellness while I am with them. The moment we met Janice, she became our friend. Her experience with all things furry is impeccable. She stayed with our fur babies for 4 nights, and within that time they became buddies with her. We received photos, videos and humorous updates every day. When we got home, we found helpful little chores done that she completed without our asking. We have to say that everything was left better than it was found. She will always be our first choice for any services that Rover offers. We can't thank her enough!

Jan was fantastic with my boys when she stayed at our house during an out of town trip I took. One of my dogs is shy/cautious with new people and she let him warm up to her at his own pace, followed their feeding instructions, kept me updated a.m. and p.m. on how they were doing along with photos and kept my house clean and tidy. It’s clear she has a love of animals and a true concern for their well being. We will definitely be using Jan in the future and highly recommend her. :)
