This was my first experience with Rover.com. I shopped to find the right setting for my 9 year old golden retriever, Ranger. Janice was perfect! She was very kind and caring. I loved that she had Cassie, her very gentle and friendly dog. Cassie was a great companion for Ranger. Janice sent periodic text updates and Ranger photos. This was the first time Ranger was “boarded” for more than a couple of days. After a week with Janice he was relaxed and happy when we picked him up – which was a first! Thanks to Janice and her relaxed and doting care we knew he was in good hands!

Janice took great care of our dog while we were away. She kept us updated frequently with pictures and was very responsive to questions. We would definitely ask Janice to dog-sit for us again!
