All pets need spoiling !

Pet care experience

I'm passionate about pets and take care of them ( and spoil them) as if they were mine! My experience with many types of pets started since the age of six. I've had wolfdogs most of my life. I currently own 2, along with a belgian shepard and 3 cats. My life revolves around pets. I've trained and owned many dogs for basic obedience for 16 years. I have also had much past experience taking care of my own horses, rabbits, chickens, and reptiles and parrots. I have worked in animal control as an officer as well as a Kennel Administrator in which I taught employees how to complete their work and enjoy doing it. I've worked with exotic animals, and have rehabbed all types of wildlife in California as well. I am looking for part-time jobs that allow me to help serve my community of people and pets in the Spokane Valley area. I can work overnight at your home as well as daily visits. I am pet First-Aid certified and pet CPR certified. We can talk about your needs and your pets needs because they have emotions too ! If you'd like, I can teach your animal to respect your basic commands to help you in your daily life. Email me at : animalsatmyhome at the y a hoo site or nine five one-five three two - five three nine nine. I will not respond to texts.

Wil is a senior dog with some vision and minor mobility problems who likes people but does show some caution around new people. He absolutely loved Janice from the moment they met. Janice is a excellent sitter and kept my dog Wil very happy and more importantly healthy on one of the hottest days so far this year. I would highly recommend her as a sitter.

Janice is a a great animal caretaker. She spends time with your furbabies and pays attention to detail which is great for catching things early. She makes sure that she follows instructions of how to care for your baby. Highly recommend her!

Janice is a loving caretaker of any pet. I have known her for 10 years, and know how she cares for animals, her own, as well as anyone else's. She is a dog trainer, as well as rehabber. Any pet will be safe and secure in her care.

Information Janice M. would like to know about your pet

What breed is your dog/cat? Can it be taken to a dog park without fighting? Does it respect your commands? Is it trained already? Are there any aggressive tendencies? When do the "problems show up?" - at feeding time, when other dogs are near? Please explain...

A typical day

I can also take your dogs, other animals on walks. If you need other activities for your cats, etc, please provide stimulating toys (feathers on a stick), catnip, or dog food puzzles for them to solve with treats in them, or I can provide more stimulus for them such as, balls, toys, etc. Some animals get left in an enclosed yard -- where they can't see outside. Therefore, they need more stimulating things to do on leash.
