I had a horrible experience. I booked Janette for house sitting. I can understand if you don’t want to spend the night at my place, but she showed up on the first day at 4 pm, fed my cat and left after being there for no more than 20 mins. She did not come back later that night or the following day for any feedings/play time. Then after she did not return the next morning I contacted her and she lied about being at my place. I demanded she send me a photo of my cat when she was being fed (which is 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once in the evening around 6 and once right before bed - she is on a wet cat food diet) she got to my place at around 8:30 pm and fed my cat, took a photo, and then 15 mins later left. She never returned that night or the next morning. At that point I cancelled her reservation. I understand that people think that cats don’t require as much attention as dogs, but to not even fulfill her feeding schedule? To not even go to my place for an entire day?? I wish I could give her zero stars. This caused me so much stress and heart break while I was across the country visiting family.
