Hi there! I am currently the Executive Director of our local animal shelter. Prior to that position I worked at a spay/neuter vet clinic for 5 years in Indianapolis. Total animal welfare experience of over 10 years! I would be glad to stop by your house to care for your pets while you are at work/vacation or take your dog for a walk. While I am unable to stay overnight at your house while you are away for an extended period of time, I am willing to stop by several times during the day and before bed to care for your house and animals! I am very experienced in handling all different types of dogs (and kitties). I have bathing experience and am trained in giving medications. I would be happy to show off my impressive resume :) Additionally, I have two dogs of my own, two cats, and 3 children. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover ever since I can remember. I can remember begging my mom if I could pet every dog we passed on the street, emptying out my piggy bank every month for the local animal shelter, and writing all my school reports on dogs. Throughout school I was a volunteer at local shelters, in college I was the student Volunteer Coordinator for the local shelter, and now I work as the Director of our local shelter!
