Unfortunately i did not have the same experience as others who have used Janet. Janet took care of my german shepherd for 3 days/ nights. My main frustration was just the lack of communication. During pick-up I told her my flight landed at 8pm and would text her when it landed for pick up since she was near the airport - in which she responded yes. I arrived at her place by around 8:20pm called her multiple times - heard nothing - was at her apartment until 8:51pm kept calling and texting and had no response. I kept yelling my dog's name and could hear my dog barking from the outside. It wasn't until one of her neighbors came out as I kept yelling my dog's name - that I was let into the apartment complex. Who knows how long i would have been waiting - if not. It seems like Janet might have fell asleep but instead of admitting anything - Janet said she didn't receive any of my calls and didn't know I was going to come early. ... It also didn't help that while she gave me a few updates on the first day about my dog - it was radio silence all day 2 and day 3 until I texted to check-up on how my dog was doing. (I had patchy phone service until day 3). I would have expected a higher level of communication and responsibility upon pick-up as well as more regular updates across the stay - especially since I was a first time client and for the price she was charging. My dog did seem happy when she came back - so I will say (without any additional knowledge since I didn't receive any updates on 2 of the 3 days until prompted) - it did seem like she was well taken care of for the most part.
