Pet care experience
We have always been dog lovers. My husband and I have decided we want some new doggie friends to spice up our retirement years. We love the dog love. We have created a homelike environment for your fur babies. We will treat them as part of our family, so you will see when they come back how excited they are. Our home has a fenced backyard on a golf course plus we have a nice sunroom and just lots of space to play and run, and lots of comfy beds, including our own. No dog is locked up, they can go outside whenever they want, again, a homelike environment. We have received excellent reviews from our past doggie owners. Just bring their food & instructions. We offer day & overnite care. We supervise our pets constantly & make sure they are comfortable & enjoying their stay at our home. They can have free reign of most of the house & backyard & can get on the furniture or their beds or ours that we can provide.

We do not take on Large Breeds anymore. We prefer to not sit the "aggressive" breeds eg, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, etc. as our dog is very territorial & can be jealous - we don't want any problems. Another must is that there are not constant barkers or howlers & they MUST be housetrained. We expect an accident now & then, but we don't want our house to be used as their toilet.
A typical day
We normally don't walk the dog(s) because our yard is large & they can play ball or run all they want. They can easily access the yard thru a doggie door & if outside, they are supervised.

Availability
We are home most of the time & when we take care of dogs, they are supervised at all times. We both make sure that there is plenty of water & that they are fed on the owners schedule.
