Janene was so wonderful as a house sitter and pet sitter. Our house was left spotless and our cat and dog seemed very happy and healthy. We would definitely recommend her to any other family in need!

Janene was awesome with us from beginning to end. She offered to pick up my Maltese /Havanese Arya. We spoke the first time and she gave me some info about herself and her home. She listened attentively as I went through details about Arya and I felt really excited to meet her. She picked Arya up on time, however the puppy got nervous an peed all over Janene's pants! She was soooo great about it and didn't try to make me feel any more sorry than I was. She was compassionate in explaining that Arya was probably nervous. She asked all the important questions about vaccinations, special needs or treatments, our Vet's contact info etc... Shortly after she got home with Arya she sent me a text with a picture and told me how Arya was adjusting. She sent me pics everyday with positive messages and I felt really at ease. My husband picked Arya up and he got to meet Janene's husband. My husband felt really positive about them both, their home and other dogs. Her husband gave him positive feedback and said they would love to have Arya stay with them again. Thanks to DogVacay, this was such an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks to Janene's kind and positive caring, we have found our puppy's caregiver!
