We are currently only accepting dogs that are house trained when given adequate bathroom breaks Also, any damage done by the guest dog will be the dog owners responsibility to pay for damage repairs*** While you are away your pup will have the luxury of staying in a home-away-from-home environment where they can play with two friendly dogs who will make their time away feel like a vacation. While in my care your dog will have all the attention humanly possible. I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband, Keith, works full-time nearby. My husband and I are so excited to bring other dogs into our home. About this sitter: My husband (Keith) and I are avid animal lovers. We have two dogs of our own who just love to play with other dogs of all sizes. We live in an area with ponds, creeks, and plenty of hiking trails. Our dogs are a part of our family and are included in as many activities as possible. They love the outdoors, but are also very comfortable snuggling up next to us too. Why I love dog sitting Growing up my husband and I have always had dogs. We have lived with small dogs (Dachshund, Chihuahua, Pomeranian) to medium size dogs (pit bull, mix breeds) and even large breed dogs (Labrador Retriever, Rottweiler, Weimaraner). We currently own two dogs that we rescued almost 5 years ago. Dogs to us are a big part of our lives. We love to be outdoors with our dogs and take them on many of our vacations. We are so excited to welcome other dogs into our home. Meet my pets There are two pets that live in this house. They are 7 year old Husky/Rottweiler mixes who love other dogs of all sizes. They are very playful and love the outdoors. About my yard Our backyard is not fenced in, however, we live on a large piece of property that has ponds, hiking trails and lots of interesting things for dogs to sniff and explore. We love to go on walks! My experience administering medication So long as I am provided with the proper information I will administer a dog's medication.

So glad we found Janelle! She took great care of our dog and he was really happy there! The daily updates and photos were extremely helpful, I got to see that he was happy and having fun with her family and the other dogs. He was in great shape when I picked him up. Janelle is lovely and very well organized and experienced. I will absolutely board Jif with her again. Highly recommended.
We live on Long Island and were going to spend a few days in Windham at a place that didn't allow dogs. Our Sam is a part of our family and we feel better if he is close by so we decided to look for boarding close to Windham instead of close to home. What a great decision! Janelle and Keith took Sam on walks, he swam in a pond, played with other dogs - it was his own vacation! ! Janelle sent pictures every day and it was clear he was having a great time! We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our Jack received during his stay with Janelle yesterday. From the moment we met it was obvious that she knows, understands and loves dogs. Jack has separation anxiety; Janelle took time to introduce him to his new, strange surroundings, he bonded with her immediately and adjusted easily. He had a great time (we saw the pictures!) and we were able to go out and enjoy the day knowing he was in good hands. We will most definitely be back!

Is there anything else I should know, like allergies and special needs? Other questions may be asked when arranging a stay.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks As described before we live on a property that allows us to go for anywhere from short walks up to over a mile. The land has ponds, hiking trails, and fields to run around and explore Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep on a dog bed in our room Time I'll spend with your dog I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband works full-time nearby. I am generally with your dog 24/7 with exception to the occasional errand (and with owner permission they even get to go for a car ride when conditions are right!)
