I have over two decades of experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide array of medical and behavioral needs, especially shy ones. I have fostered over 100 dogs and cats over the past 10 years and got started dog sitting for our fostered alumni. I have a great pack of small dogs who love other dogs and a large pet-friendly home with a fenced yard. I have extra space to completely seperate pets if needed. I am reliable, trustworthy, and home often for yor fur babies. I absolutely love dogs and will do my best to make yours feel like they are at home! I also have experience with small mammals, birds, reptiles, and aquaria! While house sitting, expect us to take out your trash and get your mail for you, etc. Book with me for the peace of mind that comes with private boarding in the home of an animal lover with master level experience.

Jannelle & Andrew were the perfect choice to take care of the babies during my two day absense. They visited several times a day and spent time with them knowing that the dogs would have high anxiety over me not being home. They sent plenty of pictures and kept me updated. I am so very happy to have found such a lovely and caring couple that I can trust with my babies and in my home!!!
Janelle and Andrew did an amazing job with our young puppy Copper! They were very friendly, easy to work with, and gave any updates throughout his stay with them. I would highly recommend them and looking forward to next time we will need them to watch Copper!
I am one of those crazy, over protective dog owners who truly treats their puppy as if they were a baby. Our “Lady”, who comes to work with us everyday, rarely is separated from us . On the few occasions, when we needed to leave her, we had a family member sit for us . Knowing that I couldn't be with our puppy all the time, I decided to look into using Rover. I did my homework and read reviews and found Andrew. I contacted him and inquired about services for Lady. He later met our family and our Lady. He could see I was so nervous, thinking about leaving her,especially with someone I just met. He was extremely understanding and sensitive of the anxiousness I was feeling. He assured me that he would take very good care of her. Of course being the over protective owner of our “Lady”, I called several of his references. They too were just as crazy, protective and loving about their dogs and assured me how wonderful Andrew was with their pets, giving them a lot of TLC and as a bonus, training tips too. When Andrew came to my house, he sent me several pics of lady, walking and playing with her and updates on how she was doing. . He also gave me tips on how to improve walking her, a challenge for us. I felt so much better after I heard from him and saw the pics of Lady. Needless to say, I stayed out and actually enjoyed our first night out. Dogs in my home share a 1000 square foot area with me where they have open access to all furniture. We have a 6ft privacy fence around a yard that is good for retrieval practice, a romp and tussle, or just a potty break every few hours. I also have a larger finished basement area with a dedicated dog kitchen for dogs that require more time, attention, space, and/or medical care.

In addition to a chat about your dogs preferences and behavior, I will need proof of vaccinations, flea and tick preventative, and spay/neuter, because I have my own dogs in house.
A typical day
Activity varies based on the needs of every individual dog, and I always provide guest dogs with their favorite toys and activity, as I hear from you during our meet and greet. I have a variety of toys available, and can accommodate the energy levels and play needs of almost any dog. My neighborhood and geography allows for daily neighborhood walks, longer trail walks, and local adventures to one of the many large parks in the area.

I work from home, so your fur babies will always have the same level of attention as our own dogs! I can accommodate any medication or feeding schedule.
