My Oscar didn't run from Jane both times she came to visit, so I was happy to book her. She's a nice young lady and while I was hesitant, I needed to go on this trip. While I was gone, I didn't receive daily pictures, as requested. Once I returned home, I saw the litterbox had only been cleaned of feces, not urine...for 4-1/2 days. His water dish was half empty when I got home at 5 pm, and she was supposed to have been at the house that morning. Not convinced it was filled that day at all, or that she was even here that day. I had requested early morning (6-8 am) and evening (5-7) visits, based on Oscar and my normal schedule, but she said she had to work at 7 am and would come at lunch and after work. So basically he was left for 17 his alone. At this point, I really had no choice but to continue with the booking, and am grateful she at least came and fed him. Next time I'll be sure to have better monitoring items on place to verify times and frequency of the sitters visits because I paid extra for the hour visit, and am not sure that's what I got.
