Our dog was happy, relax and safe. We could see it from photo and video that Jane sent us regularly. We know when Bruno is ok or not. He was OK. Jane loves dogs and is pro at handling them. Bruno had great vacation with Jane and we had peace of mind while travelling far from home. We would sure trust our dog to Jane the next time we travel. The last but not the least, Jane is a very nice and communicative person.
