Dog Paradise at a Home Away From Home
Pet care experience
Our loving home contains 4 spoiled dogs and 3 dog-friendly cats. All are rescues with the exception of our 10 yr old Doxie, Gracie. We have a large front yard with a chain length fence. Both the front door and door going to the pet safe, large back deck have doggie doors, so the dogs have a sense of freedom to do as they please with supervision. I am home all of the time and able to provide eyes on supervision. All of our animals are disease free, spayed and/or neutered and are current on all vaccinations. We have a local vet that is on call 24/7 and has never turned us down in the middle of the night or on weekends. Our location is west of the Lebanon, MO city limits. Our deck overlooks a valley and forest, so there are plenty of things to watch and bark at! We feed only high quality, grain free kibble, but you may bring your dogs food, favorite treats, toy, bed etc..or we will provide a clean, comfy bed. If they are used to sleeping in the master's bed, that is ok as well. We ask that your dog(s) be free of ticks and fleas and current on vaccinations. If you would like your dog(s) shining like a new penny when you pick him/her up, we will bathe, dry and brush an extra $15 fee. In addition, we have a fenced pool complete with Skamper Ramp if your dog is a swimmer, like our Gracie. Come check us out! About this sitter: I will walk and exercise your dog, take your baby to the vet if you have a scheduling conflict and will check on an feed your pets while you are away. If it requires an overnight stay, I will keep your dog in my home, in a safe, secure, comfortable, loving environment.

Jana is an awesome pet sitter. She has babysat my animals and also my daughter's. She treats them as if they were her own and supervises them well. I brought a bed for my dog, but Jana allowed him to sleep with her as he is accustomed to sleeping with me. My baby, Mya, was provided with a nice, well manicured lawn in which to play and also quickly learned how to use the doggie doors. She enjoyed playing with the other dogs in the home and there was no aggression shown. I don't get to travel much, but if I have the need for someone to watch Mya overnight, or for several days, I am calling Jana. Her vet is on call all of the time which adds peace of mind. I know that in the event that something should go wrong, she would receive the best possible care. Highly recommend!

Meet my pets Gracie, a Dachshund is age 10. She loves to play and we have "Ball time" at 1 pm and again at 4:30 pm. Maggie, age 3 is a pudgy dachshund, a rescue. She has a loving heart and is very sweet. Travis is age 3 and is a Pom mix. He is the cutest boy every. He was also a rescue. Baby Girl's age is unknown as she is a rescue as well. I would guess she is about age 7 or 8. Fun loving and protective of the little ones. I have 1 female cat and 2 boy cats, ages 14, 13 and 7. They all get along well with other dogs and people. We allow dogs on furniture and in the bed if that is where they are accustomed to sleeping. A variety of pet beds throughout the house that are kept clean. Large chain length fence in front yard with a doggie door, so nobody has to wait for a potty break! Doggie door also going onto the pet safe large back deck, this gives the dogs a 360 degree view, which they love. Feeding times are at 7 am and 4 pm. On good behavior, snacks are given. We will honor any special needs/diet/medications your baby might have and also have a Vet at the ready for any emergency. I can also provide doggie daycare for $20.00 per day. I also provide Holiday care for your pets if you can't take them to grandmas house for Thanksgiving or Christmas! My daughter comes home from college on those holidays and is an employee of Petsmart in the Grooming Salon...SO, your dog may be shining like a new penny when you pick your baby up.

I will care for all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. Before booking with me I need to make sure your animal is current on vaccinations. I also need to know if the animal has a history of biting, digging and if your pet gets along with other pets.

Here's where we'll take our walks Walking is not really necessary due to the size of my yard and there is plenty of room to exercise. Your dog's sleeping arrangement You dogs will sleep wherever he/she is most comfortable. My bed is an option as well if that is what they are accustomed to.
