Pet care experience
Recently moved into an even more spacious home which means more play and exploring for your dog! It’s a joy and pleasure for me to get acquainted with each dog's unique personality and idiosyncrasies. I’m honored to share my love in return, snuggling and playing and caring for them, allowing them to feel at home. They particularly love the big backyard area to run away off leash and play care-free. I'm very close to LAX airport which means easy pick up and drop off when you're traveling :) After my dog Otis passed away, I spent time serving in the Peace Corps, and then relocated to Los Angeles. I missed having furry friends around, and I was thrilled to be able to welcome other people’s dogs into my home through this service. I can see myself doing this for the rest of my life. It’s deeply gratifying to create a supportive, loving environment for dogs, and to be able to relieve owners of any worries they might have while away. I’m energetic and considerate, and I provide quality service with clear, consistent communication, including pictures and videos. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, administering medication, and adhering closely to a feeding and/or walking schedule. I have flexible availability for pickup and dropoff, and will get to shower your pup with plenty of love & attention. My partner also loves all the dog visitors we get. He loves giving them doggy treats and playing fetch in the back yard. We always have a good time hosting dogs and it feels good ensuring they enjoy themselves and rain fed & safe. We enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. We do everything we can to make our home welcoming and relaxing for our four-legged visitor friends :) Regular engagement is of utmost importance and ensures that they will feel safe and secure in our care. I know how it feels to leave your pet in someone else's home while you're away so I appreciate you for trusting me with yours. A trust that I am committed to honoring! I had never left our puppy anywhere overnight and Jana couldn't have made my feel more comfortable. I was assured that she was not only safe but happy. Jana has an amazing yard and did everything to make sure Lucy was comfortable. She slept on her bed and hung out on her beanbag. Jana also sent tons of pictures and videos. I will definitely bring Lucy back!
Jana is awesome! Her house is perfect for dogs and has a great backyard. She’s very friendly and sends regular updates. Will definitely work with her again.

A typical day
I live in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Inglewood where I already do neighborhood walks so this will fit perfectly into what I already enjoy doing with the added bonus of your lovely dogs great company. I have space in my gated backyard where the dog can run and play freely as they so love to do. Some owners prefer I don't walk their dog and just let them play in the backyard, which is always an option if you prefer. Topped with my love, attention, and playfulness, your dog is sure to enjoy her/his time and remain safe under my care!

I mostly work from home so my availability is pretty open. I teach yoga and do some gardening in my backyard. My schedule is very accommodating unless I'm already booked.
