My home is your dog's home away from home. I’ve loved animals since I was a kid and have cared for all kinds of critters including; rodents, reptiles, birds, fish, goats and of course dogs and cats. I have raised and trained 6 German Shepard puppies. I have 40+ years experience in Wildlife Rehab including 30 years at Portland Audubon and have worked with many native species and exotics. I have enjoyed sports such as; agility, obedience and rally with my dogs and recently had a lot of fun learning Nose Works (scent tracking) with my small 7 year old spayed female German Shepherd. Quiet Country Location Just 10 Minutes from the Cornelius Pass Exit on Hwy 26 and 20 Minutes From Highway 30.

Jan has taken care of my doodle on two separate times, and both went beautifully. I plan to use her anytime I have to leave town because I know Gracie will be loved.
Jan was a great companion to our dog. She provided consistent updates with pictures and he always looked happy, healthy and playful. I would highly recommend boarding with Jan and plan to board our dog with her again when the opportunity arises.

My pup likes other dogs and making new friends. I am good at observing animal behavior to be alert for any issues. I will be with your dog at all times and will observe her both in the house and the yard. I will adapt to your dog’s needs whether he is a smuggler or needs space. He can have a great sniff in my large fenced yard, play his favorite game or just lounge on the couch. Dogs are my favorite people. I will provide excellent care for your dog.

I am home all day I prefer that your pup is crate trained but if not, I can work work around this. My Home Clean 3 Bedroom, Two Story Home Non-Smoking Household, No Children Air conditioning as well as heat Large Fenced Yard, Large Deck One Dog, No Other Pets Large Soft and Wire Crate available, dishes, blankets Dogs Allowed On Bed and Furniture Potty Breaks as Often as Desired Our furry visitors love our big box of toys All equipment is sanitized after use Exit and entry is always through double doors for safety I Consider Pet Hair to be a Fashion Accessory :) Note: Preferred pick up and drop off time is 10am to 3pm
