I have owned many dogs ranging in size from 6 pounds to 110 pounds. We have lots of experience with Labs, Golden Retrievers and Dachshunds. A well exercised dog is a well behaved dog, so we get plenty of walks with some basic obedience training mixed in a couple of times each day. My husband and 11 year old are also animal lovers who join in the mix, playing, training or throwing tennis balls. Our neutered black lab mix Thor also loves other dogs, small and large. We are happy to have a meet and greet to make sure they get along nicely. We have a fenced yard with a dog door into the garage. We live adjacent to the Truckee River and a green belt for walks and swims.
