Hi! My name is Jamila and I have been professionally caring for and training dogs of all shapes and sizes for five years. I have owned and cared for family dogs for 15 years. I started working with dogs at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I managed groups of dogs at a time, and provided care to those that needed solo time. I became fascinated by canine behavior and social skills, and pursued a career as a dog trainer. While studying animal behavior and training, I worked at an east bay animal shelter. I was responsible for behaviorally testing and medicating dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities until finally placing them into suitable, loving homes. As a dog trainer, I had the pleasure of working closely with owners and pets both in and out of their homes. I have a breadth of experience in caring for dogs of all kinds. I enjoy spending time outdoors letting dogs sniff, explore, and just be dogs. You can rest assured that your dog's well being is in capable (and fun!) hands!
