Casey was dropped off with about 10 lbs of dog food and ear medication. I explained how and when to use the medication because of a bad ear infection. I picked Casey up and he was not excited to see us at all. He acted like he had no energy at all. I noticed the ear medication appeared to not have been used, because there was just enough for the week. The dog food was also just about gone. I took Casey to the Vet on the following Monday and his ears were a lot worse than when I left him and he had lost 5 pounds in a week. I'm not sure what happened. I know that Casey did not eat 10 lbs of dog food and still lose 5 lbs in a week. Jamie had told me she tries to keep just one dog besides her own, but when I dropped Casey off. there were several dogs already there. She said it was a last minute thing and it was her friends dogs.
