Your dog will come before I do!
Pet care experience
I’m jamie! I have been passionate about dogs for as long as I can rememember. I am a college student studying biology. I am going to become a big animal vet. I have a fenced in yard and lots of AC for this hot summer. Dogs are my main source of happiness so your dog will be in absolutely wonderful hands! I have 3 of my own who are wonderful with other dogs as well as a seperate fenced in spot and indoor seperate room for your dog if you prefer they stay away from others! I am available most of the time and would be super eager to take care of and comfort your furry friend while they miss will be missing their owners!!
Reviews
Jamie is awesome once again ! Our senior dog Maggie came home Happy and loved! We can't be any Happier and highly recommend Jamie .
I am sad to write this negative review because I liked Jamie at the initial meeting. She reassured me she was ok with giving insulin shots as my dog is diabetic. He is on a strict feeding schedule due to his shots that has him eating at 7:30 am and pm. I got a message from Jamie that he was being fussy with eating and by 10:30 he got his first shot of the day. This throws off the whole schedule because the shots have to be 12 hours apart. I questioned if he was then going to have dinner and shot at 1030 pm.... That is way too late! From that point that we spoke at 230 pm the day before I was to pick him up all communication dropped off. I asked for pictures and I never got any. I called and texted that I was on my way to get my dog with no response. When I got to her house someone answered the door who I presume may have been the cleaning lady. I have no problem if she wasn't going to be home but she never told me upon initial meeting that she had actually went away during my dog's stay before we picked him up. This person she left him with did not know where his leash was and I forgot his food bowls. I was in a rush to get out of there because my poor dog seemed not right. All delirious and sleepy and almost didn't care it was us. I was told by the vet that he had low blood sugar probably from not eating enough when he got his shot in the morning. I finally reached Jamie 24 hrs after I picked up my dog to get his leash and bowls. They left it outside for me but the leash they left wasn't even his! I would not recommend Jamie to pet sit because I do not feel she was attentive enough and it could have been fatal for my diabetic dog.
Mocha enjoyed her vacation just as much as we did while she was staying with Jamie.
Jamie was great and because of her other dogs Charley had plenty of companions to play with. Will def use Jamie again for our next trip.
