12 years overall, working mainly with adult/senior dogs, with some puppy experience too. 5 years experience working with special needs dogs. Our second dog (Marshmellow, named for being such a mellow puppy) has skeletal dysplasia and wasn't very active as a puppy. Once we realized he was in pain, we put him on arthritis medication which let him be the energetic/active dog we know and love today. Dogs are very intuitive and each will have their own special quirks. I'd say we set up a meet and greet to see if it would be a good match.
