Miss Jamie is an OUTSTANDING professional caretaker. This was my first experience using ROVER, in a panic when my boyfriend left me during the start of tax season -I had no idea what to do. I messaged Jamie because she already had a wonderful review written about her. She promptly responded with her availability. Location location location, even being in a busy city spot she has a corner home with abundant street parking all times of the day. She was waiting for me before I got there ,outside in the cold! She took the time to send pictures and tell me his feeding habits and he was only there for one night and I did not ask her to do any of that. She genuinely cares about the well-being of the dog otherwise she would not have wasted her time messaging me about him not eating and then when he started to eat /she informed me. Jamie went above and beyound for charlie. When I went to pick him up she again was waiting for me and brought out everything I brought over there. Most importantly little Charlie was comfortable in her presence. She opened her home to him with no hesitation and I am forever grateful. I am very thankful for rover for connecting us and hopefully I will be able to book her again as she has a Long clientele list . She does not like to overbook to make sure she's able to adequately watch your pet. She's smart, she is timely, she has a wonderful corner spot making it very easy to find her. I didn't think twice after meeting her about the well-being of my Charlie. He left me and dove into her arms the second we met. Thank you very much, YOU ARE TRUE GEM.
