Overqualified happy dog fanatic :-)

Pet care experience

Hey there fellow pet owner! Thanks for checking out my profile out of the bazillions of other profiles on Rover. I imagine you want to know a little about me. Why you would want to hire me: I have been working with dogs full time for 18+ years in various capacities: • professional full time dog walker for a company in Seattle (for six years) • live-in overnight pet sitter (for six years) • professional pet photographer for dog owners (for 12 years) • commercial animal photographer for companies & ad agencies (for 15 years) • B.A. in applied animal behavior focusing on dogs (for way longer than it should have taken to get a degree, ha) I have worked with literally thousands of dogs in that time. In case it isn't obvious, I LOVE DOGS. Along with doing standard dog walking on Rover, I also own a dog adventure company and design dog-lover t-shirts as well. Dogs are my calling in life for sure. And thankfully, they love me. :-) I am CPR and pet first aid certified, I can give injections and medication, have a reliable car, and a flexible schedule. Lastly, if your dog has IBD or PLE or pancreatitis or other digestive disease, I am the caretaker you should hire, FULL STOP. Ask me about this when you reach out. My service area is pretty narrow for the services I offer to my Rover clients so that I can keep things manageable for my adventure business. Outside of my service area? Get in touch and let me know what kind of services you need. Not convinced yet? Get in touch for a free meet & greet to decide if I'm the right person to take care of your pooch! I can't wait to meet you both!

Jamie did a stellar job as always and we are so glad our dog loves and trusts her! Jamie even incorporated some doggy games and puzzles for Ruby which I thought was such a cool and engaging activity.

Jamie is a stellar sitter! She provides excellent care to our dog, sends great pics during her visits, and always gives us detailed reports so that we know how our dog is doing.

An absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and took amazing care of ruby. Ruby felt very comfortable with her which is very rare. Highly recommend!

Jamie is a dog expert! She's been working with dogs for like fifteen years, maybe more, so she really knows her stuff! My dog Tawny loves her, and even though Tawny has a lot of medical and behavioral problems, especially walking on-leash, I'd trust Jamie to walk her or take care of her any time!
