Hello! My name is Jamie. My husband, Matt, and I are dog lovers (obviously!). We would love to care for your pet and make them feel like they're at their home away from home! We have two dogs, Callie and Tex. They're both super friendly, and they LOVE to play with other dogs! Tex has some health problems, but he loves to watch Callie run around the yard, and he tries to keep up! Matt and I have had dogs our entire lives, and Tex is our first dog that we got together! When we moved to Cincinnati and got our big yard, we knew we had to rescue another one, and that's when Callie came along. Tex is a Catahoula/Pit mix, and Callie is a Shepherd/Malinois mix. Both were rescued, and we are so lucky that they are both such great dogs and get along with other dogs and people so well! We have a very large, 100% fenced backyard. It is .6 acres, so the dogs will have plenty of room to run and play! We also like to take Callie on walks in the neighborhood, so if your dog likes to walk, they can join us! Tex can't go on our walks just yet due to his health issues, but he does love to play in the yard. Your dog will probably beat him to the tennis ball, but he's a very good sport :). My husband and I both work, but our schedules work so that we're not away for more than 2-3 hours at a time, and I work close enough to come home during the day for some play time and potty breaks. We are home all day on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We live in a single story ranch, and the dogs have free reign of the living room when we aren't home. If you prefer your dog to be kenneled when humans aren't around, we have two XL kennels that we can put in an air conditioned bedroom. I have been caring for animals as long as I can remember and know how important our fur babies are. I will give them the utmost care and attention! I have worked with aggressive dogs in the past, but will have to carefully consider taking on an aggressive dog. I am more than happy to keep them in a sectioned off part of the house or yard, though. If your dog has aggressive tendencies, I will consider them on a case by case basis.
