I currently work full time but am off on Sundays/Mondays as well as evenings. My job allows me to leave midday as needed. If I can plan ahead with a care schedule, I have no issue fitting walks/care as needed.

I would like to know the energy level of a pup before I take care of them, or the trustworthiness with strangers/ general friendliness of a pet so I can best form a relationship and fit their needs. I would love how a normal day with your pet looks, so I can do my best to keep their routine safe and familiar for them!
A typical day
I love playing and finding ways to enrich an animal's day. Walks as appropriate of course, plenty of love and pets and just quality time with a trusted individual. I will normally take dogs on walks in urban and park settings, as well as playing with them in their favorite way (fetch, tug of war etc).

Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life, and taken care of them in full for my family, friends and neighbors. I love four legged furry friends; giving them walks, playing with them and making them feel comfortable. I have always adopted rescue dogs so have a good sense of how to take care of apprehensive dogs, as well as hyperactive or dogs that need more attention and a patient trainer. I have amateur experience training dogs and have learned tips from my sister who is an experienced dog trainer and dog walker. I have chickens at home and have cared for furry, scaled and feathered friends in the past, I love them all. I am patient and loving when it comes to taking care of animals and hope you will consider me to take care of your best friend(s)! My partner and I have recently lost our best furry friend and I would love a reason to get outside more often with my favorite animal (dogs!) or any animal at all.

Jamie did a wonderful job taking care of our pets! Always quick to respond, and can absolutely handle any needs or requests you might have. We’ll definitely ask her back in the future!
Jamie was quick to fill in on a last minute request. She did a same day meet n greet and the dogs were immediately comfortable with her. She sent photos and updates the entire time she was housesitting with our 2 dogs and gave us peace of mind that they were in great hands while we traveled. Will be reaching out to her again when we travel.
Jamie has regularly helped out with our cats over the years. Taking care of them across the spectrum of what cats need. And she always made sure to spend time with them, giving them attention and extra treats as well. I have also watched her pour her love into a dog with her fiance, Jamie is a walking heart who cares for all the critters in our lives.
