DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE -when I picked my dog up she was shaking with her tail between her legs, which is a behavior I’ve never seen from her. - Jamie did not have her rover notifications on, so I couldn’t communicate with her. She was several hours late to respond for pick up and drop off. she did not provide any updates on how my dog was doing while I was away either. when I tried to call her through the app, it said call rejected and won’t let me contact her - My dogs belongings were missing. she gave my leash away to another dog that she was sitting, her medicine was not in the bag, and only half of her water bowl was returned. -she was simultaneously dog sitting at least 5 other dogs who were all tied up around the house. - she did not look like her picture nor did i see a poodle
