I have known Jamie all her life. I know her to be responsible, trust-worthy, honest, and caring. I have observed first-hand how much she loves animals. Her own pets include a large, rambunctious German Shepard, cats, a small parrot and assorted reptiles. My husband & I asked Jamie to stay in our home in September 2014 to care for our 2 beloved, aging Cockapoos while we went to Mexico for a week. One dog is blind & needs twice-daily insulin injections for diabetes. The other dog has severe arthritis and also receives daily meds. Jamie learned quickly how to give the subcutaneous injections. She provided affection and attention that kept our 2 "spoiled" dogs healthy & happy. I received photos and comments from Jamie during our trip via social media. I know she took special care of our home, other pets (canary & tropical fish,) and watered all our plants, too. In addition, we had some remodeling work by a contractor going on during her stay. Jamie was responsible to allow them entry, make sure they left their work area clean and did not negatively affect our animals in any way. We will be sure to ask Jamie to return to watch our "babies" and you will not be disappointed if you choose her to care for your pets, too!
